Orders and Shipping
We normally process orders the same day they are placed. Orders placed before 2:30pm EST are shipped out same day, USPS First Class. Shipping times normally range from 2-5 days depending upon your location.
When you place an order you will be asked if you wish to create a new account when checking out.
Log into your account to change your account information. If you have already placed the order, you can email us at [email protected] and request a change in your shipping address. We can normally accommodate your request if we have not yet processed and shipped your order.
Tracking numbers are provided upon order processing. If you have not received a tracking number, contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number to request your tracking number.
Credit Card information is processed through 3rd party credit card processing companies and we do not store your credit card information.
Sales tax is charged only for orders that are shipped to Florida. This is in compliance with Florida law, given Shaka Minis is located in Florida.
We currently only ship within the United States.
